At Stardrop Coffee, we value your business and are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. While we hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase, we understand that returns or cancellations may sometimes be necessary. Please review our policy below.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped based on product availability.

  • If an item is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you with an updated timeline.

  • Full payment is required at the time of order.

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

Yes, customers may cancel orders before they ship.

How to request a cancellation

Cancellation timeframe and fees

  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours of order placement will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours but before shipment are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee to cover payment processing costs.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun. All sales for these items are final.

Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused upon delivery for reasons other than shipping damage or our error, the order will be treated as a return and subject to the standard restocking fee outlined below. Original and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Return window: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

  • Returns are accepted by mail only.

Items that have been used, installed, or altered are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@stardropcoffee.com within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization. Please include:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging and ship according to the provided instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must generate their own return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Restocking Fees & Refunds

  • Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated from the product price.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted, subject to product availability. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.

Returns for Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

We accept returns for defective, incorrect, or damaged items under the conditions outlined below.

  • Reporting Timeframe: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • How to Report: Please email support@stardropcoffee.com with your order number.

Photo Documentation Required

Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label must be included when reporting an issue. Photo documentation is required to assess the claim and determine eligibility for a return, replacement, or refund.

  • Next Steps: Return or replacement instructions will be provided after review.

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is charged for verified defective or incorrect items.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, opened, or installed items

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

  • Perishable goods, including coffee beans and consumables

  • Gift cards and digital or downloadable products

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Final sale items, where noted on the product page

Pricing & Order Accuracy

All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders and will notify you accordingly.
