Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Handling time represents the time required to prepare your order before it is shipped.

Shipping costs are determined by your order total:
Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more
Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping
All prices and shipping fees are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

A tracking link provided by the carrier
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@stardropcoffee.com or (631) 502-5583.
For damaged deliveries, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
For lost or delayed shipments, we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s handling.
Stardrop Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
