General Warranty

Warranty Availability

Stardrop Coffee provides a 1-year after-sales warranty for eligible equipment priced at $1,000 or more.

The manufacturer’s warranty always takes priority. If a manufacturer provides warranty coverage, all claims must be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

If the manufacturer does not provide after-sales warranty coverage, Stardrop Coffee will cover the eligible equipment under this policy for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Stardrop Coffee or an authorized reseller.

Eligible Equipment

Eligible equipment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Commercial espresso machines (2 groups or more)

  • Commercial grinders

  • Commercial coffee machines

  • Commercial coffee roasters

What’s Covered

When applicable, this warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use during the warranty period

  • Repair or replacement of defective parts

  • Service labor related to warranty-covered repairs

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, scratches, or dents

  • Misuse, accidents, liquid damage, pest damage, improper installation, or improper storage

  • Consumable items, including but not limited to beans, capsules, filters, syrups, cleaning tablets, and gaskets

  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

  • Shipping damage not reported within 5 days of delivery

  • Customer-requested training, setup assistance, or preventive maintenance visits

Warranty Duration

For eligible equipment priced at $1,000 or more, warranty coverage is valid for up to 1 year from the date of purchase, unless a manufacturer warranty applies.

If manufacturer coverage exists, the manufacturer’s warranty duration and terms will govern.

Warranty Remedies

If a covered defect arises during the warranty period and manufacturer coverage is not available, Stardrop Coffee may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model

  • Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible

Replacement products may be new or refurbished. Warranty coverage continues for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Gather your proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Provide details of the issue, including photos or video when possible

Limitations

  • Manufacturer warranties take priority over Stardrop Coffee’s after-sales coverage

  • This warranty applies only to equipment priced at $1,000 or more

  • Coverage applies only to the original purchaser

  • Customers may have additional rights depending on their state

Additional Information

This Warranty Policy is separate from Stardrop Coffee’s Refund & Return Policy. Warranty claims do not extend or renew the original warranty period. Stardrop Coffee reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
