Order Confirmation
When you place an order with Stardrop Coffee, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received in our system and that your payment method has been pre-authorized for the purchase. Following this, we confirm product availability. If an item is unavailable or on backorder, the pre-authorization will be voided, and you will be notified by email. For items available for immediate shipment, we will process your payment and prepare the order for dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
- Orders under $50 will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
- All orders are shipped in U.S. Dollars (USD), and shipping is limited to addresses within the United States.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Estimated 6–10 business days (Monday–Friday), which includes both order processing (1–3 business days) and transit time (5–7 business days).
- Expedited delivery options may be available at an additional cost.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Changing Your Address
If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change the delivery address, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that such changes may result in delays. Any additional charges incurred by the carrier for rerouting or address changes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@stardropcoffee.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label.
For lost packages, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
